Signature Knives

The Signature Knives collection represent the core of my work.

Each knife is a completely unique, numbered piece — conceived, knapped, and assembled without templates or repetition. These works are made slowly and deliberately, guided by material, form, and hand rather than specification.

The blades are knapped from imported obsidian and selected glass, chosen for character and depth rather than uniformity. Handles are individually designed and weighted, using natural materials such as tamarisk, blackthorn, horn, fine hard woods and bone. Each knife is paired with a bespoke stand made specifically for that piece.

No two works are alike
Nothing is reproduced

Every Signature Knife is signed and numbered, with both the knife and stand marked to correspond. Each piece is supplied with a certificate of authenticity, care instructions, and full provenance, allowing the work to be traced to the date of its making.

These are not tools in the conventional sense.
They are collectible objects — intended for display, contemplation, and long-term keeping.

Signature Knives are made in small numbers each year. Private commissions are considered selectively.
