Arrow #001 marks the beginning of a new series from Bowman Lithics.
This piece draws inspiration from traditional Ishi-style arrows. Every element has been shaped, assembled, and finished by hand.
The arrowhead is knapped from Mahogany Obsidian, pressure-flaked to a high standard. A beautiful historical replica of a genuine arrowhead type. It is hafted using pine pitch resin and bound with artificial sinew, referencing traditional construction methods while ensuring durability.
The shaft is fletched with real turkey feathers, fixed with hide glue, and finished with subtle hand-burned decoration.
Included with the arrow is a handmade wooden wall display stand, allowing the piece to be displayed as an object in its own right.
This arrow is sold as a display and collector’s piece, not intended for shooting.
