This Impact Desk Companion features a knapped Elko Corner Notched point in mahogany obsidian, shaped in the spirit of Ishi-era craftsmanship — refined, balanced, deliberate.
The obsidian has been traditionally mounted using pine pitch, sinew binding and hide glue into a wooden shaft intentionally broken to suggest impact. The result is a sculptural artefact — not a tool, but a study in tension, fracture and heritage.
Each piece is individually made and will never be replicated.
