Iceman Dagger No.005 — Oregon Green Sheen Obsidian & English (Cornish) Oak

Once again I couldn't help myself but make a dagger similar to that of No.003.... the combination of the Green Sheen & Oak are just too perfect. 

This piece features a knapped blade made from Oregon Green Sheen Obsidian and has been carefully shaped and mounted into an English (Cornish) Oak handle.

The blade is traditionally set using home made pine pitch glue, echoing ancient methods used throughout the Stone Age and Copper Age.

Each piece in the Iceman Series is made individually in the workshop, meaning no two will ever be exactly the same.
