A fine example of a "Dragon Glass" Ötzi dagger.
This piece features a knapped blade made from Velvet Rainbow Obsidian, sourced from Oregon, USA. At first glance, it may appear dark and moody, but when lit just right, you will be amazed by the mesmerising colours this piece displays. It has been traditionally mounted into an African Wenge handle, allowing the natural grain of the wood to remain the visual focus.
The blade is traditionally set using homemade pine pitch glue, reflecting ancient methods used throughout the Stone Age and Copper Age. Each piece in the Iceman Series is made individually in the workshop, ensuring that no two will ever be exactly the same.
