This dagger features a knapped blade crafted from Midnight Lace Obsidian, sourced from Oregon, USA. Recognised as one of the most visually stunning types of obsidian, Midnight Lace, also known as Tri Flow, showcases a unique combination of mahogany, black, and banded obsidian. When held up to the light, it reveals a mesmerising pattern reminiscent of ancient volcanic fog.
The handle is made from African Padauk and is tipped with Moroccan Burl, highlighting the exceptional wood grain of this piece. The blade is traditionally set using homemade pine pitch glue, reflecting ancient techniques used during the Stone and Copper Ages.
Each piece in the Iceman Series is handcrafted in the workshop, ensuring that no two daggers are the same.
