The Studio Glass Edition of the Impact Desk Companion features a knapped glass point traditionally mounted into wood using pine pitch, sinew binding, and hide glue.
Unlike the Fragment Series, this edition embraces a more contemporary feel. The forms vary naturally, selected and shaped in the workshop without adherence to a specific historical type. Each piece is balanced for desk display, with an intentionally broken shaft suggesting motion arrested in time.
This is a sculptural object exploring force, fracture, and stillness.
